1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Climoryalune services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Service Offerings

2.1 AI Device Installation Services

Climoryalune offers professional installation and setup for AI household devices. A booking deposit is required to secure service. Deposits are fully refundable if canceled within 48 hours of scheduling. After this period, deposits apply toward the service fee and are non-refundable due to resource reservation. Clients may request rescheduling up to 7 days before the scheduled service date. Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund but may qualify for rescheduling.

2.2 Information Products

Climoryalune provides digital guides, tutorials, and training materials. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have accessed less than 20% of the content. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days of approval. After this period or beyond the access threshold, no refunds are available given the immediate delivery of digital content.

2.3 Physical Goods

Climoryalune offers smart home devices and accessories. You may return products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Returns ship at your expense unless the item is defective. Upon receipt and inspection, refunds are processed to the original form of payment within 7 business days. Shipping charges are not refundable. For defective items, Climoryalune will cover return shipping costs.

3. Refund Policy

This section consolidates our refund rules. All approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Processing times may vary by provider but generally adhere to the windows stated above. If you qualify for rescheduling under service offerings, you may request a new date without additional charges.

4. Rescheduling Services

To reschedule a service booking, contact us at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Requests made fewer than 7 days before may not be accommodated.
